My First Book-Signing!

Launching  my HCG Recipes Book with a Book-Signing Event

Despite a huge snow storm hitting Lethbridge, I made it to my first book-signing event yesterday (Friday Nov 9th), thanks to my husband braving the roads, and driving me there! I’m such a wuss when it comes to bad roads.

The bad weather did affect the turn-out at the Coaldale Pharmasave, where I had my book-signing, but I consider it a success anyway. I did make a few sales, talked to some lovely people, and got some exposure because of the promotion that Pharmasave did.

All-in-all, a very exciting day… a milestone for me, as a published author!

On Thursday, Nov 8th, 2012, I was interviewed by Mark Campbell from Global Lethbridge on his ‘Scene and Heard’ segment. It was aired that night, and watching myself on the evening news was certainly a weird feeling! But, kinda cool, too. 😉
